Withdrawal Information
Consumer buyers may have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal where applicable.
The withdrawal period begins after the artwork is received, in accordance with applicable consumer law.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the buyer must send a clear statement before the withdrawal period expires to mirror404lab@gmail.com.
The model withdrawal form below may be used, but its use is not mandatory.
Return transport is at the buyer’s expense where permitted by law.
For oversized artworks or works requiring specialist transport that cannot normally be returned by post, MIRROR404 will provide the estimated direct return transport cost before purchase where required by law.
Where a valid withdrawal applies, MIRROR404 will reimburse the amounts required by applicable law, including standard outbound delivery costs where applicable.
Reimbursement may be withheld until the artwork is returned or evidence of return is provided where permitted by law.
