MIRROR404 is based in the Netherlands, where each work is developed and made by hand.

The project began from a personal tendency to question what we tend to accept as fixed, including identity, perception, and the image we have of ourselves.

MIRROR404 explores how the version of ourselves we believe to be “me” is formed.

Organic forms and reflective surfaces interrupt familiar self-recognition, making our own image feel slightly unfamiliar.
