01 / SHIPPING
Shipping is arranged individually according to the destination, dimensions, value and handling requirements of each artwork.
Applicable shipping costs and estimated delivery information are provided before purchase. Specialist art handlers or transport providers may be used where required.
Orders outside the European Union may be subject to import duties, taxes or customs charges imposed by the destination country. Unless otherwise agreed, these charges are the responsibility of the buyer.
Where MIRROR404 arranges delivery to a consumer, the risk of loss or damage remains with MIRROR404 until the artwork is received.

02 / RETURNS & WITHDRAWAL
Consumer buyers purchasing at a distance have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal where applicable.
The withdrawal period begins upon receipt of the artwork. No reason is required.
To exercise this right, the buyer must notify MIRROR404 before the withdrawal period expires. The artwork must normally be returned within 14 days after notification.
Where permitted by law, the buyer bears the direct cost of returning the artwork.
For works requiring specialist or oversized return transport, an estimated direct return cost will be provided before purchase where required by law.
Where a valid withdrawal applies, MIRROR404 will reimburse the amounts required by applicable law. Reimbursement may be withheld until the artwork has been returned or evidence of return has been provided where permitted by law.
Custom-made or clearly personalised works may be excluded from the right of withdrawal where the legal requirements for that exception are satisfied.

03 / CONDITION & DAMAGE
MIRROR404 artworks are individually produced by hand. Minor surface irregularities, variations and visible traces of the production process may form part of the character of the work.
These characteristics do not limit the buyer’s statutory rights where an artwork is defective or does not conform to the agreement.
If an artwork arrives damaged, contact MIRROR404 as soon as reasonably possible and retain the artwork and original packaging. Photographs may be requested for transport or insurance purposes.
Care and installation instructions supplied with the artwork should be followed.

04 / PRIVACY
MIRROR404 collects only the information necessary to respond to inquiries, process purchases, arrange delivery and meet legal obligations.
Payment and checkout information may be processed by Stripe. Website services are provided through Framer.
Personal data is shared with service providers only where necessary for payment, shipping, administration or legal compliance.

Copyright and reproduction rights remain with MIRROR404 unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Purchase does not grant the right to reproduce or commercially exploit the artwork.

These Terms are governed by Dutch law. For consumer buyers, this does not remove mandatory consumer protection rights that otherwise apply.
